Marroquín’s research and Hillburg’s creative barman skills combine to produce a rich cocktails menu which, while being centered on the emblematic Peruvian Pisco, also includes the national fruit or vegetable species of each member country of APEC. The resulting creative cocktails proposal is offered as a tribute to the APEC economic forum.
